Afterhours Service Available

Our FBO's experienced staff is available to assist with arrivals and departures 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our regular operating hours are from 6am to 11pm, but with advanced notice, we can provide FBO services at any hour. Please contact us ahead of time to provide your flight requirements.

Airport Fee Processing via FBO

In Quito, Ecuacentair conveniently handles the collection and processing of corporate aviation fees, so there is no need to go from office to office in the airport to pay each fee. Instead, Ecuacentair collects all your fees on behalf of the airport and civil aviation, and facilitates processing.

Catering Requests

Reliable catering for custom requests is essential for business aviation clients. Ecuacentair coordinates with reputable catering companies who have onsite kitchen operations, to fulfill and deliver a la carte orders for food and beverage.

For our customers' convenience, Ecuacentair accepts AVCARD®, Mastercard, Visa and wire transfers (account information available upon request).

Immigration & Customs Support

Ecuacentair makes your Quito flight arrival easier by coordinating with Ecuador Immigration and Customs prior to your arrival. We provide support clearance, immigration and customs directly in our FBO facility, so that pilots and passengers can enjoy convenience and privacy.

Onsite Passenger Security Screening

Your passengers can avoid going to the main airport terminal by using Ecuacentair’s convenient and private passenger security screening, held onsite in our FBO facility.

Rental Car and Limo/Car Service
